This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Write2SQL, including subscription plans, credit purchases, and any other paid features. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. This policy is strict and applies without exception unless otherwise stated below.
All sales are final. Subscription fees, credit purchases, and any other payments made to Write2SQL are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you have used the Service, consumed your credits, or accessed all features available under your plan. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund except as explicitly provided in Sections 2 and 3 below.
Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in the following narrow circumstances:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan.
When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period at the new plan rate, minus credit for the unused portion of your current plan. This proration charge is non-refundable. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the price difference during the current period.
The free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to this Refund Policy. If a free trial is offered for paid plans, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged automatically, and the standard no-refund policy applies from the first charge.

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Our decision on refund requests is final and not subject to appeal.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
